UMPI offers the MAOL via YourPace, which is also built around competency-based learning. All coursework is online and asynchronous, and there are six start dates per year. The student pays a flat rate of $2,150 per 8-week session—no matter how many courses you finish each session, with no additional fees or extra textbook costs.

3 undergraduate classes in Business Administration can be taken towards the [https://www.umpi.edu/yourpace/wp-content/uploads/sites/22/2023/12/MAOL.pdf MAOL at UMPI]. This allows the student to reduce the number of classes required for the MAOL from 12 classes to 9 classes:

* BUS 335 Organizational Behavior replaces OLS 550 Team Leadership and Collaboration
* BUS 440 Business Analytics replaces OLS 610 Leadership and Business Operations
* BUS 469 Strategic Professional Communication replaces OLS 620 Strategic Communications

These 3 undergraduate classes must be taken at UMPI in order to count towards the MAOL. The student is not required to graduate with a Business degree to take these 3 classes, and they can be taken as electives within any undergraduate degree.
