==== Fixed vs. Growth Mindset ==== To truly understand the power of a growth mindset, itβs important to contrast it with a fixed mindset. Someone with a fixed mindset believes that their abilities are static. They might think, βIβm just not good at math,β or βIβll never be a great public speaker.β This kind of thinking limits potential and stifles growth. On the other hand, a growth mindset opens doors. It says, βIβm not great at math yet, but I can improve with practice,β or βPublic speaking is challenging, but I can master it with time and effort.β This shift in perspective transforms obstacles into opportunities and setbacks into stepping stones.
