All sections need an intro page that explains what will be covered in 1-2 minutes.

Maybe a 10 minute section that explains basic terms.

Each section should be like a book 20k to 40k words. (40k is 4.4hrs to read) (Bible is 750k)

How to get to word count total

Start with 10 courses (50k x 10 = 500k)

Each Course Has 10 modules to it. (5k each X 10 = 50k total)

Each Module (ex. Wholesaling) should have like 10 sections to it of at least 500 words each. (Total 5k words)

Other

1. Generate initial thoughts on what to teach
2. Find some courses or model or books
3. ChatGPT and etc to finalize an outline
4. Start to build out the sections
