Peirce College
Overview[edit | edit source]
Peirce College is a Regionally Accredited university with very generous alternate credit transfer limits. They have several degrees that allow you to transfer in 90-102 credits. The cost at Peirce itself is quoted as being either $20000 or $11000, depending on whether you bring in 90 or 102 credits. Unlike some other schools that say that they accept ACE credits but give little in the way of further information, Peirce appears to be very open and welcoming of students who wish to take most of their credits elsewhere. Their Study.com partnership page even says that they will help students to build a degree plan that includes Study.com transfer courses; something that other schools generally do not assist with.
Although slightly more expensive than the Big 3 or UMPI, Peirce has degrees that may be attractive to some and that may be worth the additional cost.

International Students[edit | edit source]
Although international students are allowed to attend Peirce, their site is not friendly to at least some international IPs. As such, international students may need to use a VPN in order to access Peirce's website and to complete classes at Peirce.
The wording of their international admissions page suggests that they may be open to accepting the Duolingo English exam instead of the usual TOEFL or IELTS exams to show English proficiency. Because one does not need to travel to a testing center in order to take the Duolingo exam, the Duolingo English exam is easier to acquire. Contact Peirce to verify whether this exam will work or not.
