Full-time status in a 14-week term requires enrollment in at least twelve (12) credit hours. Half-time status in a 17-week term requires enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours. If you transfer in 90 credits, you could complete a degree in 2 terms.     
Terms are 8 weeks long. If you transfer in 90 credits, you could complete a degree in around 10-12 months.

Here is a General Education Requirements that will work for all degree plans for University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) as of approximately March of 2024. Please make sure that the suggestions are still valid before beginning to follow this plan.
